Lykapack was started on 1 Aug 1986.
FIRST CUSTOMER
Lykapack first customer was Fruitomans in 1989 for jam container.
STARTED ICE CREAM PACKAGING
Started Ice cream packaging – Lazza
Lykapack introduced 4 colour Dry Offset Printing and it was First in South India.
FIRST MICRO-PROCESSOR CONTROLLED INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE
Installed our first micro-processor-controlled injection moulding machine, which was first in Kerala
ISO CERTIFICATION
Lykapack got ISO 9002:1994 certification. Lykapack was the First injection moulder in Kerala to have ISO certificate
NEW FACTORY
To keep up with the rising demand, Lykapack enhanced its productivity by establishing a new factory in 2004
MOULD MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Lykapack Started mould maintenance service in 2007.
HOT RUNNER MOULD AND ACCUMULATOR ASSISTED INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE PURCHASE
Lykapack's first purchase of hot runner mould and Accumulator assisted injection moulding machine was in 2008. Entry into thin-walled moulding.
STARTED PURCHASING MOULD FROM WORLD CLASS MANUFACTURERS
Started purchasing mould from world class manufacturer. Still buying from them. Formation of Swift Business Solutions a full-fledged toolroom; Our own toolroom with the intention of making and maintenance of sophisticated moulds.

Brought all our activities under one roof with the formation of Lyka Packaging Pvt.Ltd.

ROBOTICS
Company became widely dependent on robotics for IML and contamination control; thus a modern culture.
New factory
Lykapack enhanced its productivity again by establishing a new factory in 2020. We are aiming towards establishing a 100% contamination free facility with the best performing injection moulding machines, IML robots and dry offset printing machines.
